Click Tek (Pty) Ltd is a company that stands for strong morals, ethics and customer service.
We believe in delivering a service to our clients to ensure that each client is treated with the respect they deserve for selecting Click Tek (Pty) Ltd as their preferred E-tailer.

 

All prices are subject to ROE (Rate of Exchange)

By doing business with Click Tek (Pty) Ltd you as the client automatically agree to our T’s & C’s.

 

QUOTES.

1.: Prices quoted are valid for a period of seven (7) days from quote received, current/received day included as day one, subject to the conditions below:

2.: In the event of a manufacturer’s/Channel distributor’s price being increased between the date of the quote and the date on which the goods are received by the Channel distributor, Click Tek (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to increase the price of such goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s/Channel Distributor’s increase.

3.: Click tek (Pty) Ltd reserves the right the accept or decline presenting any form of quotes to a client.

4.: Click tek (Pty) Ltd does not partake in any form of government related or tender type requests and reserves the right to decline upon request.


INVOICES.

 

1.: Prices invoiced for are valid for a period of three (3) days from invoice created/sent to client, current/received day included as day one, subject to the conditions below:

 

2.: In the event of a manufacturer’s/Channel distributor’s price being increased between the date of the invoice issued to the client and the date on which the goods are received by the Channel distributor or paid for by the client, Click Tek (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to increase the price of such goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s/Channel Distributor’s increase.  


DELIVERY.


1.: Click Tek works hand in hand with multiple channel distributors around the country therefore do not charge delivery on all items. Free delivery will be offered depending on where the products are shipped from.


2.: Delivery will be charged for if there is any 3rd party logistics cost to the company (Referred to either the channel distributor or Click Tek (Pty) Ltd), at Click Tek’s discretion delivery fees can be negotiated, therefore each quote issued may or may not have a delivery charge included.

 

3.: Our delivery ETA’s are based on 3rd party logistics and therefore cannot be held liable if the company handling the delivery to the client is delayed. Rest assured that we as a company will do everything in our power to ensure our clients are taken care of at the end of the day.

4.: Longer delivery ETA’s to be allowed and expected for console and games categories, these items coming from their respective channel distributors to allowed for their internal processes to take place before delivering or releasing stock to Click Tek (Pty) Ltd.

 

 

DELIVERY ETA’s AGREEMENT.


1.: Click Tek (Pty) LTD is a online IT business founded in Johannesburg Gauteng. Our offices are currently based in Three Rivers, Vereeniging, Gauteng.
All stock are dispatched from Johannesburg/Cape Town based warehouses, we have the capabilities to deliver to any location nationwide.


2.: Standard Items ordered from Click Tek (Pty) Ltd will fall within next business day to 3 business days delivery time (Outlying areas could be billed for additionally and allow up to 5 business days for delivery to take place) from date of payment received agreement. Subject to the conditions below:

3.: The above ETA’s are all year-round barring festive season, Any orders placed from the 25th of November to 17th of December falls within the busiest time of the year,
We will however do our best to ensure speedy delivery and stick to our all year round ETA’s

Please note festive season ETA’s are extended to the times as stipulated below.
– Normal local & coastal delivery times from 1 – 3 days to 3 – 5 days
&
– Outlying extended from 3 – 5 days to 5 – 7 working days.

Click Tek (Pty) Ltd will always stay committed to get all parcels delivered on time.  

 

PAYMENT.

1.: Click Tek (Pty) Ltd prefers that our clients makes use of direct bank transfers into our FNB account but also do have alternative payment methods available through Payfast/Mobicred etc. that can be used.
We bank with FNB (First National Bank) and can supply you as the client with a bank stamped letter to verify with the FNB team that you are making payment into an existing company.

2.: Stock will only be released once the payment is made (Any of the above mentioned services utilized) to us & cleared in our bank account.

3.: If the payment made to Click Tek (Pty) Ltd is emailed direct from the bank we will be able to start the process and reserve stock until funds clear, only thereafter will it be released for delivery.

 

REFUNDS

The time frame surrounding a refund is dependent on the payment method used, it can take up to 5 – 10 business days to action a refund.

1.: Orders paid for via EFT will be refunded as soon as it reflects in the Click Tek account.

2.: Orders paid for via any of the available payment gates on the Click Tek (Pty) Ltd website will be refunded through the support channel for the payment gate used. This is the responsibility of Click Tek to action and authorize on the clients behalf.

 

14 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.

1.: All goods (with the exception to Software, Servers & Special build imports) purchased from Click Tek (Pty) Ltd can be returned within 14 days.
Subject to the conditions below:

2.: Any goods returned for a refund must be unopened with original packaging undamaged, Goods returned opened for refund/exchange must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

3.: Click Tek (Pty) Ltd offers a 14 day hassle free return/exchange policy, No handling fees will apply if the product returned for refund or exchange is undamaged and still has all of the original packaging. This means we will refund or exchange any item hassle free within 14 days if the item is in 100% original cosmetic condition & still has its original packaging and all accessories in tact.

4.: Goods returned for exchanges or refunds will take place at the discretion of Click Tek (Pty) Ltd, all items for returns/exchanges will need to be evaluated first. Click Tek (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to decline the request in the event of an item/packaging being damaged to the extent that it is not resealable.
Click Tek (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for damages on any item due to negligence causing item/packaging damage prior to the return handover.

5.: Note that no software packages after being opened will be refunded or exchanged. Electronic license software cannot be refunded after purchase.

The below is only applicable to special builds imported and not day to day stock.

Special build/imported configurations done for a client/company regardless of brand will carry a 40% handling fee for unopened units and a 60% handling fee for opened/used units. Any form physical damage/scratches or missing/damaged packaging will deem the item as used and will not be returned.
Applicable brands not limited to HP, Dell, Lenovo & Acer stock, also not limited to laptops, workstations or servers.
This is also applicable to cancellations prior to receiving the stock, once an order for a special build/configuration is confirmed handling fees will apply if cancelled prior to fulfillment.

 

NEW SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNTS. 

1.: From the 1st of May 2024 Click Tek offers a 5% once off discount on any IT equipment purchased from our company, this also includes any stock listed on the website as well as special quote requests.

2.: Clients who return to Click Tek (Pty) Ltd for repeat business will enjoy a continued 2% discount on any non promotional item new orders from there on out. (manually added to orders generated)

3.: Our 5% discount offer will also be applicable for referrals if the party agrees to be subscribed to our email promotions & communications. Please take special note that discounts will be applied manually on sales orders and wont be done automatically when purchasing direct from the website.

4.: Only EFT payments for orders with the above mentioned discounts applied will only accepted, regretfully no credit cards or any payment method utilized through Payfast payment options will be accepted.

5.: The above mentioned offers for first time purchases as well as the continued discount for return customers are not applicable to listed Bulk Zone offers as these are already discounted.

 

REPAIRS ON IT SUPPORT AND SERVICING/REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT.

1.: All units booked in for repairs will first be assessed, no charges will be incurred before the unit is properly inspected.

2.: In the event that a unit needs to be stripped for deep level assessment there will be charges but you will be advised before hand and will require to give consent before we will commence with the repair.

3.: After all potential charges was given through to you as the client, consent successfully received and the unit repaired, We will require payment in full before the stock is released back to you.

4.: Click Tek reserved the right to withhold the return of stock booked in for repairs until payment is received in full. If no payment is received within 60 days from job completion and if we fail to get a hold of you as the client during this time the stock will be sold off to cover costs incurred by the company through the process.
