By doing business with Click Tek (Pty) Ltd you as the client automatically agree to our T’s & C’s.
1.: Prices quoted are valid for a period of seven (7) days from quote received, current/received day included as day one, subject to the conditions below:
2.: In the event of a manufacturer’s/Channel distributor’s price being increased between the date of the quote and the date on which the goods are received by the Channel distributor, Click Tek (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to increase the price of such goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s/Channel Distributor’s increase.
3.: Click tek (Pty) Ltd reserves the right the accept or decline presenting any form of quotes to a client.
4.: Click tek (Pty) Ltd does not partake in any form of government related or tender type requests and reserves the right to decline upon request.
1.: Prices invoiced for are valid for a period of three (3) days from invoice created/sent to client, current/received day included as day one, subject to the conditions below:
2.: In the event of a manufacturer’s/Channel distributor’s price being increased between the date of the invoice issued to the client and the date on which the goods are received by the Channel distributor or paid for by the client, Click Tek (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to increase the price of such goods in accordance with the manufacturer’s/Channel Distributor’s increase.
1.: Click Tek works hand in hand with multiple channel distributors around the country therefore do not charge delivery on all items. Free delivery will be offered depending on where the product/products is shipped from.
2.: Delivery will be charged for if there is any 3rd party logistics cost to the company (Referred to either the channel distributor or Click Tek (Pty) Ltd), at Click Tek’s discretion delivery fees can be negotiated, therefore each quote issued may or may not have a delivery charge included.
3.: Our delivery ETA’s are based on 3rd party logistics and therefore cannot be held liable if the company handling the delivery to the client is delayed. Rest assured that we as a company will do everything in our power to ensure our clients are taken care of at the end of the day.
4.: Longer delivery ETA’s to be allowed and expected for console and games categories, these items coming from their respective channel distributors to allowed for their internal processes to take place before delivering or releasing stock to Click Tek (Pty) Ltd.
DELIVERY ETA’s AGREEMENT.
1.: Click Tek (Pty) LTD is a Johannesburg based online company, we have the capabilities to deliver to any location nationwide.
2.: Standard Items ordered from Click Tek (Pty) Ltd will fall within next business day to 3 business days delivery time (Outlying areas could be billed for additionally and allow up to 5 business days for delivery to take place) from date of payment received agreement. Subject to the conditions below:
3.: The above ETA’s are all year-round barring Christmas time, Any orders placed after the 17th Of December falls within the busiest time of the year,
Although we will do our best to ensure speedy delivery and stick to our all year round ETA’s for the busiest season of the year we extend normal delivery times from 1 – 3 days to 3 – 5 days and console and games from 3 – 5 days to 5 – 7 days ETA.
Click Tek (Pty) Ltd will stay committed to get all parcels delivered in time.
4.: Sony PlayStation consoles, Accessories and gear, XBOX Accessories and gear to be allowed 3 – 5 business days due to channel distributor internal processes that needs to take place. 5 – 7 days over the month of December.
1.: Click Tek (Pty) Ltd prefers that our clients makes use of direct bank transfers into our FNB account but also do have alternative payment methods available through Payfast/Mobicred etc. that can be used.
We bank with FNB (First National Bank) and can supply you as the client with a bank stamped letter to verify with the FNB team that you are making payment into an existing company.
2.: Only once the payment made (Any of the above mentioned services utilized) to us cleared in our bank account will the order be put through and the process of arranging the picking, scanning at warehouse level be started.
3.: If the payment made to Click Tek (Pty) Ltd is emailed direct us and received from the bank making payment from we will be able to start the process before funds clear, note this is a right reserved by Click Tek (Pty) Ltd and will only be actioned by our sole discretion.
The time frame surrounding a refund is dependent on the payment method used, it can take up to 5 – 10 business days to action a refund.
1.: Orders paid for via EFT will be refunded as soon as it reflects in the CLick Tek account.
2.: Orders paid for via any of the available payment gates on the Click Tek (Pty) Ltd website will be refunded through the support channel for the payment gate used. This is the responsibility of Click Tek to action and authorize on the clients behalf.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY.
1.: All goods (with the exception to software) purchased from Click Tek (Pty) Ltd can be returned within 7 working days.
Subject to the conditions below:
2.: All packaging of goods purchased from Click Tek (Pty) Ltd must be kept for a period of 30 days from purchase before disposal.
3.: Any goods returned for exchange must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
4.: Any goods returned for refund must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, in the event of the original factory seal being broken or packaging being lost/damaged or not usable for reselling, handling fees will apply based on the channel distributor’s discretion.
5.: Goods returned for refunds will take place at the discretion of the relevant channel distributor as well as Click Tek (Pty) Ltd.
6.: Note that no software packages after being opened will be refunded or exchanged. Electronic license software cannot be refunded after purchase.
7.: In any event of a return or exchange taking place where Click Tek (Pty) Ltd or the relevant channel distributor is not at fault, you as the client will be responsible for sending the stock back to Click Tek in protective packaging.
8.: Special build/imported configurations done for a client/company regardless of brand will carry a 40% handling fee for unopened units and a 60% handling fee for opened/used units. Any form physical damage/scratches or missing/damaged packaging will deem the item as used and will not be returned.
Applicable brands not limited to HP, Dell, Lenovo & Acer stock, also not limited to laptops, workstations or servers.
This is also applicable to cancellations prior to receiving the stock, once an order for a special build/configuration is confirmed handling fees will apply if cancelled prior to fulfillment.
