We’ll start by assessing your device and give you a quote before starting any work. The device assessment is free of charge.

Repaired or serviced devices will be delivered to you within a 20 km radius once the job is completed. Additionally, we offer this delivery service at no extra charge.

Data Backup and Recovery:  (Including both hardware and software) typically takes between 2 and 21 days, depending on the case. Summing up, the exact duration will be based on your specific needs.

Notebooks: For example, Removable Hardware and: Keyboard, Trackpad, Screen, internal and external battery replacements (Laptops with internal batteries needs to be assessed first).
In some cases, case by case dependent, repairs and replacements of laptop charging modules, motherboard chips as well as entire motherboards (stock and availability dependent). Windows, Apple and Linux. *Supplier Stock dependent.

Desktop Computers: General Removable Hardware replacements including all in One’s. Furthermore, repairs and replacements of power supplies, motherboard chips and entire motherboards (stock and availability dependent). Windows, Apple and Linux *Supplier Stock dependent.

Supply of Notebook Batteries and AC Adapters.

Operating System repairs and re-installs: (Windows and Linux) – Linux with GUI.
